The IBeX Advantage is sized to support up to 200 devices/phones with a projected simultaneous call volume of approximately 60 concurrent calls.  Telecommunications interfaces for FXO, T1, E1 and PRI.

As an aggregation node the Advantage platform can be used in branch offices and smaller campuses and linked to our larger Enterprise and Envoy hardware platforms.

Layered on top of the hardware platform is the IBeX operating system and software, a combination of a custom Linux distribution, telephone switching software, and automatic updates via the Internet.  The IBeX Advantage system offers a combination of power, features and reliability that provides a VoIP platform that is unparalleled in the market.

Large Systems (200+ phones & Lots Concurrent Calls)

The Enterprise series IBeX is designed for large scale Central Office, Enterprise and Campus PBX applications where NEBSTM compliance is not required.  This series is a highly redundant carrier-grade system designed for demanding telecommunications applications. 

Typical applications for this platform include VoIP carriers, large medium & business/enterprise, campus, government, call center and other demanding call applications.

The Enterprise series is targeted at installations with more than 200 devices when a high degree of reliability and large call counts are required.  Hardware reliability and the ability to handle thousands of simultaneous calls and no practical limit on telecommunication interface ports.

Enterprise systems can be “trunked” together across a campus (private network) or via the Internet to address the complex needs of very large systems with complex dial plans, multiple call centers and access to telecommunications systems in multiple cities or countries.  There is no practical limit to the interoperation that can be configured between Enterprise systems.

IBeXc includes one of the most complete set of features you will find in any enterprise class telecom solution.  There are no optional features everything is included with the core license.  This means if you want to add call agents, “follow me” and IVR or anything else you might need it is all included.

Core hardware features include redundant hard drives storage (up to N+4) , redundant power supplies redundant processing boards (N+2),  IPMI 2.0, remote power management, system health monitoring and KVM provides management of your IBeX system down the hall or on the other side of the world.

On top of a highly redundant hardware platform is our IBeX OS and and switching software.  The we layer in automatic updates via the Internet and support options to meet your operational needs and you have a VoIP system that will meet any need you may have.

The Envoy series system is designed for large scale Central Office, Enterprise and PBX applications.  This series is a NEBS Level 3 compliant carrier-grade system designed for demanding telecommunications applications. Available with either AC or DC power options this system will fit in any facility.

Offering all of the features of our Enterprise series, Envoy is targeted at very large installations that have very specific compliance and design requirements.

Envoy is is a complete hardware system designed to provide extreme reliability, redundancy and scalability.   Envoy is not an “off the rack system”.  Each system is built for the individual client based on our core hardware design but customized to meet the specific needs of the client.  The Envoy series has a standard hardware design but storage, networking, and redundancy are all based on the needs of the specific application.

IBeX Virtual Appliance version is just what it seems, IBeX running in a virtual environment.  This version of IBeX allows for massive scalability and supports our cluster configuration as well as having the same lack of connection limitations as our Enterprise and Envoy versions.

This version of IBeX integrates with our T1/E1/PRI expansion chassis as well as connections to systems and networks outside of IBeX through SIP or IAX2 trunks.

Layered on top of the support hypervisor(s) is the IBeX operating system and software, a combination of a custom Linux distribution, telephone switching software and automatic updates via the Internet.  The hypervisor version IBeX offers a combination of power, features and reliability that provides a VoIP platform that is unparalleled in the market.

IBeX AdvantageEnterprise, Envoy and Virtual Appliances do not have built in telecom ports.  VoIP Gateways are gateways fitted with digital ports which help you connect legacy phone systems to IP telephony networks.  These gateways  connect via SIP trunks for all telecom interfaces.  These systems can be configured in just about any combination to provide a variety of telecommunication ports to meet your specific needs.
