Enterprise questions
How many calls can IBeX4 handle?
IBeX4 has been tested to 8,500 simultaneous calls on FTI’s virtual machine systems. It can go higher: our test systems couldn’t generate any more calls. Several systems can also be linked for very large organizations.
How is IBeX4 priced for organizations?
As a monthly subscription based on your peak number of configured devices (SIP and IAX2 peers: phones, softphones, devices and trunks), including updates and standard support, with 7×24 support available. Standby and test instances are included. See licensing.
Does IBeX4 work with our existing desk phones?
IBeX4 works with standards-based SIP desk phones, softphones and devices.
Can we keep the phone system in our own data center?
Yes. That is the most common way organizations run IBeX4.
What if we are a smaller office?
For smaller offices, IBeXc runs IBeX for you as a hosted business phone system, so you don’t need your own platform.
Replacing an aging phone system?
Tell us what you run today. We’ll map the move to IBeX4 on your infrastructure.
