How the economics work

How a provider makes money on IBeX4

You set the price

You sell hosted phone service under your own brand at your own price. IBeX4 is white-label: your customers see your service, not ours.

Your costs are predictable

The IBeX4 device and number licences, your wholesale call paths and numbers, hosting and your own team. No per-feature charges, no revenue share.

Margin grows with scale

The IBeX4 rate for your whole system drops as you grow, while your price per seat stays the same. Every new subscriber adds more profit than the last.

Why providers choose IBeX4

Room to grow

Your customers choose their phones

Works with any IP phone that supports the SIP standard, from any manufacturer, plus softphones and mobile apps. You are never tied to one handset brand, so you can sell, rent or support whatever your customers prefer.

Built for carrier scale

IBeX4 has been tested to 8,500 simultaneous calls, with standard high-availability designs for high-volume providers. FTI’s own IBeXc service runs on IBeX4 with N+2 redundancy.

Questions

Provider questions

Do providers pay a different licence price?

No. Providers pay the same published rates as every IBeX4 customer: per configured device (including trunks) and per routed phone number, with the rate for the whole system dropping as you grow.

Which phones can my customers use?

Works with any IP phone that supports the SIP standard, from any manufacturer, as well as softphones and mobile apps.

What does a provider need besides the licence?

Hosting for IBeX4 (your own servers, or hosted by FTI), call paths from a carrier or IBeXc SIP Trunking, phone numbers, and your own support and billing. FTI provides technical support behind you: standard support during business hours, with 7×24 support available.

Is there a one-time cost?

A one-time onboarding fee of $1,500. Implementation, high-availability designs and migrations are quoted.
